We clear industrial premises of any size, from a small unit to a full warehouse handing back its lease. Most of this work runs to a hard date, so we scope the crew and truck numbers to the deadline rather than the other way round. Scrap metal and recyclables are separated out of the load.

Machinery needs to be disconnected from power, gas and water by a qualified trade before we move it. We remove equipment, we do not decommission it.
Clearing to a Lease Deadline
Most warehouse clearances happen because a lease is ending, and make-good clauses do not move. The practical problem is almost always volume against time: a 2,000 square metre warehouse holding twenty years of accumulation does not empty in an afternoon.
Tell us the handover date at the enquiry stage. We will work backwards from it, size the crew accordingly and run multiple trucks in rotation where the volume demands it, so the site is clear and swept before the inspection.
Scrap Metal and Recovery
Industrial clearances produce a lot of metal — racking, shelving, machinery frames, offcuts, conduit and cable. Metal is separated from the general load and sent for scrap recovery rather than buried.
The same applies to cardboard and pallets, which are recycled where they are in reusable condition. Separating these out means less of the load goes to a transfer station, which works in your favour on the quote as well as environmentally.
Access, Forklifts and Site Rules
Industrial sites bring their own constraints. Some have a dock and a forklift available, which makes a clearance far quicker. Others are a roller door onto a shared driveway with no plant at all.
Tell us what is on site when you book: dock height, forklift availability, whether anyone licensed is available to operate it, and any site induction or insurance paperwork we need to complete before arriving. Knowing this up front is the difference between a job that runs to schedule and one that stalls at the gate.

Yes. Racking and shelving are dismantled and removed, and the metal goes for scrap recovery.
