The price is based on the space the load takes up in the truck, not an hourly rate. You get the number up front, with no obligation and no hidden fees.

Our crew does the lifting and carrying, including from inside the property. You do not need to drag anything to the kerb.

We sweep up and sort the load
We leave the space clean, then sort the load so that what can be donated or recycled is, and only the remainder goes to a transfer station.

All four Lower North Shore councils offer booked household clean-up services to residents, each with its own limits. What none of them cover is commercial waste, office fit-out material or strata common-area dumping — which is a large share of the work we do here. Those need a private removal regardless of the council calendar.

Pricing is worked out on volume, so the useful question is how much space the load takes up rather than how long it takes to shift. As a rough guide:

One mattress, one lounge, one fridge. We carry it out and take it away.

A garage corner, a few pieces of furniture, a modest green waste pile.

A full garage, a large garden tidy, or a small unit clear-out.

A full truck or more
A whole house, a deceased estate, or a large renovation strip-out. We bring more than one truck where the volume needs it.

What happens to your rubbish
We do not simply tip and go. Loads are sorted so that usable furniture and goods can be donated, metals and e-waste go to recycling, and green waste is processed rather than buried. What genuinely cannot be recycled goes to a licensed waste transfer station.

Do you do commercial as well as residential work?
Yes. Office clear-outs, strata common-area clean-ups and building-manager jobs are a large part of our Lower North Shore work, alongside household clearances.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. For office and strata jobs we can book outside trading hours so the building is not disrupted.
Can you carry from a house down a steep block?
Yes. Long carries from the house up to the street are normal on the Lower North Shore and are included in the quote.
