Tight access is a normal day
Terrace laneways, unit blocks, sloping blocks and confined subfloors. We have been clearing Sydney sites since 2016 and difficult access is what we do most days, not an exception we charge extra to think about.
What we can't take
Asbestos and hazardous material have to be handled by a licensed asbestos removalist — OTG does not remove asbestos. If you suspect you have found it on site, stop work in that area and get it tested first. Once it has been cleared properly, we are happy to come and take everything else away.
