We book the dock, protect the lift and work to whatever window building management gives us — including after hours and weekends.

We leave the space clean, then sort the load so that what can be donated or recycled is, and only the remainder goes to a transfer station.

City of Sydney collections
City of Sydney offers a booked household clean-up for residents, but most CBD work is commercial — office fit-out waste, retail strip-outs and building clearances — which no council service covers. Apartment residents also run into building rules about where items can be staged before a collection, which is why most city buildings arrange private removal instead.

What happens to your rubbish
We do not simply tip and go. Loads are sorted so that usable furniture and goods can be donated, metals and e-waste go to recycling, and green waste is processed rather than buried. What genuinely cannot be recycled goes to a licensed waste transfer station.

Can you book a loading dock and service lift?
Yes. Tell us the building's dock booking process and lift-protection rules with your enquiry and we will work to them.
Can you work after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Most CBD office and retail work is done outside trading hours so the building and its tenants are not disrupted.
What happens to old computers and monitors?
E-waste is separated and taken to a recycling centre. Tips will not accept it as general waste, so it never goes in the same pile as the rest of the load.
Do you clear retail shops at end of lease?
Yes. Shop fittings, display units, counters and old equipment are removed so the space can be handed back.
