Our crew does the lifting and carrying, including from inside the property. You do not need to drag anything to the kerb.

We leave the space clean, then sort the load so that what can be donated or recycled is, and only the remainder goes to a transfer station.

Northern Beaches Council booked collections
Northern Beaches Council runs a booked household clean-up service for residents, with limits on what each booking covers and how often you can book. It works well when you have time to wait and your items fit inside the guidelines. Where it falls down is a deadline — a settlement, a lease handover, a tenant moving out — or a load that is over the limit, mixed with builders' waste, or made up of items the council will not take. That is when people call us instead.

Pricing is worked out on volume, so the useful question is how much space the load takes up rather than how long it takes to shift. As a rough guide:

What happens to your rubbish
We do not simply tip and go. Loads are sorted so that usable furniture and goods can be donated, metals and e-waste go to recycling, and green waste is processed rather than buried. What genuinely cannot be recycled goes to a licensed waste transfer station.

Can you get a truck down a steep Beaches driveway?
Often yes, but where the driveway is too steep or the carport too low we park on the street and carry the load out by hand. That is included in the quote, not an extra.

Yes. Palm fronds, prunings, hedge clippings, lawn and branch piles are all taken as green waste and sent for recycling rather than landfill.
